I tend to side with weaker people and go against oppressors instinctively. I try to make the system as perfect as possible and work within it. I dislike adhoc approach.
Mahatma Gandhi talked about character education even before we achieved independence in India. Countries much better placed in Transparency International's list have started it in their schools. Why can't we?
